Susan Tracey is the face of ST:

She has over 20 years experience working in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors in the areas of public policy, communications, community engagement and placemaking, activating public land, running major events and bringing government, community and business together to build more positive communities.

Her qualifications and experience include:

• executive management positions for two of the biggest councils in NSW – Newcastle and Shoalhaven

• local and state government including infrastructure and land management, commercial activation of public land, water management and the health sector across metropolitan and regional NSW

• some of the biggest events in Australia – the Sydney Olympics and the Melbourne Commonwealth Games.

• an Executive Masters in Public Administration from Monash University in partnership with the Australian and New Zealand School of Government

• a Bachelor of Communications Studies from the University of Newcastle

• Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) training and experience

• Australian Business Excellence Framework (ABEF) training and experience

• MSCEITT emotional intelligence framework training and experience
